This isn't the biggest endurance race on the calendar, but it is one of the most exciting, It takes place every January, and is one of the only endurance events that takes place in the United States, with the others in places like Le Mans, Spa Francorchamps and Nurburgring. The track is special too, home to great NASCAR races every year. The world famous tri-oval that the race uses has thirty one degree banked turns and twin horseshoe turns. It is challenging on any day, but after hours of driving can even be more of an obstacle for these endurance drivers.
