No. 12 Virginia Tech (11-2) is on an even longer tear. The Hokies dropped their first two games — 33-30 to Boise State and 21-16 to heavy underdog James Madison — but haven't lost since. They extended their winning streak to 11 with a 44-33 triumph over Florida State in the Atlantic Coast Conference championship game Dec. 4. Only Auburn, Oregon and TCU have won more consecutive games in 2011.
