At times it has been a bit nerve-racking to watch our batsmen but they have been faultless here and in the second innings at the Gabba. It was a particularly good effort by them to concentrate in the heat we’ve had here.
As a bowler you can go down to fine-leg and graze for a bit.
Last summer Cook had a bit of bad form and people were questioning his place but he has ironed out his faults with Graham Gooch and Andy Flower, who both know his game so well from their time with him at Essex.
